Help us to grow Flowgy by being an integral part of our sales team and contributing to the development of our international outbound sales model. You will work closely with our marketing specialists to grow sales volume and develop best practices to ensure our long-term scalability. You will achieve weekly and monthly targets and evaluate different approaches to efficiency and effectiveness to find the best strategic sales processes.


  • Research the market: Use prospecting and research tools to identify potential customers within Flowgy's ideal customer profile.
  • Capture new customers: Execute market prospecting campaigns (emails, cold/warm calls, social selling, events...) to generate leads in well-identified market niches.
  • Acquire new customers: Understand customer needs and buying cycle, generate product interest and drive high quality leads to the sales pipeline.
  • Achieve results: Pursue individual and team sales goals and achieve targets on a monthly basis.
  • Co-create a successful market positioning and sales strategy: Be Flowgy's eyes and ears in the market - being on the front line, your input is critical to take the business to the next level.
  • Develop a world-class sales team: Hone your sales skills together with the sales team, work closely and collaborate with a fast-growing, high-performing team.

Your profile.

  • Experience as a self-employed sales agent with a compatible product portfolio.
  • Analytical mindset and excellent communication, negotiation and sales closing skills.
  • Highly motivated, strong work ethic and competitive.
  • Native Spanish speaker and excellent verbal and written English.
  • Ability to work remotely and travel.
